The SCC passed the resolution in its 54th meeting on February 5, 2020, aimed at optimizing interaction and cooperation among governmental agencies. This resolution includes information that Customs, Ministry of Islamic Guidance, NAJA’s Vehicle Information Database, Social Security Organization, Registrar Office and Real Estate Registration, Tax Affairs Organization, and Postal Organization wish to share with other organizations. These communications will facilitate electronic inquiries.
The focus of this proposal is the way a section of government agencies in Iran interact to review citizens’ various requests (such as educational qualifications, military service status, etc.). These requests are part of the structure known as the e-Government, which provides services on the NIN. Therefore, apart from government agencies, all users who need such public services from government agencies are affected by this proposal.
